If you watched my No Tax on Beer video, you might want a tiny little dropper bottle of Star San like I used. Link below.
When used with 2 cups of water (up to the bump in the bottle) like I did in the video you can get about 20 batches out of this bottle. Use 0.75ml if you want to be exact, but one little squirt works fine for me. This bottle is good for about 20 cleanings. Same as the PBW Keg Cleaner 120g that you should also buy if your buying this. This is for sanitizing NOT cleaning.
Star San
- A high foaming, acid-based, no-rinse sanitizer that is effective and easy to use.
- Self-foaming, which helps to penetrate cracks and crevices.
- Odorless, flavorless, and biodegradable.
- Will not harm septic systems.
- Reduces water spotting and can be used without rinsing when used at the recommended dilution.
- Thoroughly clean surfaces with PBW or compatible cleaner.
- Mix 1 oz. Star San for every 5 gal. of water.
- Apply on surface with cloth, mop, sponge, spray, or immersion.
- If using spray application, use a coarse mist, pump, or trigger sprayer and spray 6-8 inches from surface and follow up with a brush or sponge.
- Allow for contact time of at least 1-2 minutes.
- Drain, but do not rinse.
